Bulldog Diversified Construction was founded by Austin Anderson with a straightforward goal: deliver high-quality construction with the accountability, transparency, and attention to detail that property owners, investors, and developers expect from a true professional contractor.
Before launching Bulldog Diversified Construction, Austin spent seven years as a licensed real estate agent while actively purchasing, renovating, and selling investment properties. Through completing numerous successful fix-and-flip projects, he developed a deep understanding of construction from both the builder’s and the owner’s perspective. That experience shaped the foundation of the company—approaching every project with a focus on value, efficiency, and long-term quality.
Over time, what began as investment renovations evolved into a full-service construction company serving the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale markets. Today, Bulldog Diversified Construction operates as a licensed Arizona General Contractor (ROC #353945), providing both residential and commercial construction services.
